By using VeilPay, you agree to these terms. Please read them before connecting your wallet or sending any payment.
VeilPay is a non-custodial invoicing and payment interface built on Solana. It lets freelancers generate invoices and receive real USDC payments on Solana mainnet, submitted via VeilPay's Smart TX Stack (dynamic Jito tips and AI-assisted retries) so payments land reliably even under network congestion. VeilPay does not hold, custody, or have access to your funds at any point. All transfers happen wallet-to-wallet, approved directly by you.
You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use VeilPay, and you're responsible for ensuring that using a Solana wallet and sending or receiving cryptocurrency is lawful in your jurisdiction. VeilPay does not verify identity or eligibility, since no account or signup exists.
VeilPay never takes custody of your funds, wallet, or private keys. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, your seed phrase, and any device used to access VeilPay. If you lose access to your wallet, VeilPay has no ability to recover funds, reverse transactions, or restore access on your behalf.
VeilPay charges a platform fee on processed payments, collected to the VeilPay fee account on-chain. Network fees charged by the Solana network itself are separate and outside VeilPay's control. Fee amounts, where applicable, are shown before you confirm a transaction in your wallet.
VeilPay does not encrypt or hide any part of a payment. Amounts and wallet addresses are visible on Solana's public ledger, the same as any standard on-chain transfer. VeilPay's Smart TX Stack (Jito bundle submission, dynamic tips, and an AI retry agent) exists to help your payment land reliably under network congestion. It is a reliability layer, not a privacy layer.
VeilPay includes an AI-assisted dispute resolution feature to help freelancers and clients work through invoice disagreements. This feature provides suggestions and structure for resolving disputes; it does not constitute legal advice, and it does not have the power to reverse, freeze, or force any on-chain transaction. Any resolution reached is between the freelancer and client directly.
Nothing in VeilPay constitutes financial, tax, or legal advice. Cryptocurrency values are volatile, and you are responsible for your own tax reporting and compliance obligations related to any payments sent or received through VeilPay.
Parts of VeilPay may run on Solana devnet or be under active development at any given time. Features, fees, and behavior may change as VeilPay moves toward a stable mainnet release. We'll make reasonable efforts to communicate major changes, but devnet activity should not be treated as equivalent to a finalized mainnet product.
VeilPay is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VeilPay and its creator are not liable for any loss of funds, data, or access arising from use of the app, third-party wallet software, network outages, or smart contract risk inherent to interacting with any blockchain.
These terms may be updated as VeilPay evolves. Continued use of VeilPay after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
