VeilPay is built to need as little of your data as possible. There's no signup, no account, and no email required to use it. This policy explains exactly what that means in practice.
VeilPay does not require an account. We don't collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifying information to use the app. There is no login system and nothing stored about you on a VeilPay server tied to your identity.
To use VeilPay, you connect a Solana wallet (such as Phantom). Here's what that involves:
Solana is a public blockchain. Every payment made through VeilPay, the amount, the sender's wallet, and the recipient's wallet, is visible on the public ledger, the same as any standard on-chain transfer. VeilPay does not hide or encrypt any part of a transaction. VeilPay's Smart TX Stack (dynamic Jito tips and AI-assisted retry) exists to help your payment land reliably, not to hide it.
VeilPay does not use third-party advertising trackers or sell any data to anyone, because we don't collect personal data to sell in the first place. If basic, anonymized analytics are ever added to understand traffic patterns (e.g. page views, not individual identity), this policy will be updated to reflect that before it happens.
VeilPay relies on infrastructure providers to function: Helius for Solana RPC access, and Jito for transaction submission. These providers may process technical request data (such as IP address and RPC call data) under their own privacy policies as part of standard infrastructure operation. VeilPay does not share any personal data with these providers because VeilPay itself does not collect any.
VeilPay never has access to your private keys or seed phrase. Every transaction requires your explicit approval through your connected wallet. Disconnecting your wallet at any time ends VeilPay's access to your session entirely.
If VeilPay's data practices change, for example, if we ever introduce optional accounts or notifications, this page will be updated and the "last updated" date above will reflect it.
